Fire at warehouse on Dzerzhinsky Street: companies in adjacent office building listed

This morning, a fire broke out in an annex of a large office building on Dzerzhinsky Street. Traffic was even closed to extinguish the fire. We tell you where exactly the fire started and which companies operate in the nearby office building.
On January 28 at 06:15, a 15-meter single-story warehouse — an annex to a four-story office building at 59 Dzerzhinsky Street — caught fire. Both properties are at the same address. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) of Perm Krai, the fire covered 1000 square meters. To fight the fire, traffic was closed on Dzerzhinsky Street, leading to major traffic jams.
At 10:32, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Perm Krai reported that the fire was still being extinguished. More than 90 people and 26 special vehicles are on site.
According to the service «2GIS», there are 40 organizations operating in the large building at 59 Dzerzhinsky Street, next to which the warehouse caught fire. On the first floor, there are offices of companies producing home goods: «SavKor» makes attic stairs, GalaWood — wooden products. There is also a self-service coffee shop and the office of the Perm-based sweets brand «Lavrushin».
On the second floor, there are the RedCup coffee shop, the cafeteria «Seli-poyeli» (meaning «Sit down and eat»), and the ready-made food delivery service BiFood. There are also production facilities: the professional screen printing workshop «Yalta94» and the office of the tuning company Silann Auto. There are stores for summer residents: «Zelyony Dom» (Green House) and Floraflex, a company supplying electrical equipment from the «Energiya Kamy» factories, the electrical engineering company «UralKomplekt», and Nova, which installs stretch ceilings.
On the third floor, there are the industrial-commercial company «Ars», a company designing engineering systems, and the store for security and fire systems «PozhTekhServis». On the top floor, there are the office of the regional organization «Center for Contemporary Musical Creativity», the scientific-production association «Ural Machines», which repairs railway equipment, and the company for draining household plots «Drenazh159».
