Fantomas assaults elderly neighbor in Yekaterinburg
An intercom camera in a Yekaterinburg building at Tsiolkovskogo Street, 27 captured the moment of the attack. A man hiding his face under a mask attacked an elderly neighbor while exiting the entrance.

Local residents have nicknamed him Fantomas. This man is already known for his unlawful actions: previously, he set fire to cars in the yard and attacked a driver on the road with a crowbar.
«Now he»s already attacking people. Out of the blue, he attacked a man. The recording shows how he first tries to snatch his glasses, and then kicks him. And yes, he«s still at large,» reported one of the residents.
The victim filed a report with the police. The Yekaterinburg Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (UMVD) has not yet provided a comment on this incident.
Conflicts with troublesome neighbors occur in other districts as well. For example, in a building on Ryabinina Street, 19, a young man periodically played music at high volume, arbitrarily cut off electricity in other apartments, and wrote strange messages to women. After a temporary break, he resumed these actions.
