Fan kicks police officer in face after Sibir match

The fan will be tried for assaulting a police officer after a HC Sibir match. This was reported on January 30 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Novosibirsk Region.
A conflict between a match attendee and a security service employee of HC Sibir occurred at the match on December 23. When a fight broke out, aggressive fans were removed by police officers. Then the man attacked one of them and kicked him several times.
«Subsequently, after being placed in the detention compartment of a patrol car, the accused kicked a representative of the authorities in the face through an open door,» the press service clarified.
A criminal case has been initiated against the fan under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation («Use of violence not dangerous to life or health against a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of their official duties»). The case will be considered by the Kirovsky District Court of Novosibirsk.
Recall that today the court changed the sentence for two men who beat a serviceman in Novosibirsk.
