In Kazan, a janitor who had previously been convicted for murder stabbed a man because he was drinking alcohol near the entrance, despite the janitor«s request not to do so. The Sovetsky District Court sentenced him to four years of imprisonment in a strict-regime correctional colony.
It all happened like this: the janitor, drunk, went out to clean the yard and noticed several men with bottles near the entrance. He reprimanded them several times. The men moved to the bushes to continue drinking.
The janitor didn«t like this. He approached the men, punched one of them, and then pulled out a kitchen knife — the same one he usually used to remove signs from poles. The victim tried to fend off the knife, but this angered the janitor even more. In the end, he stabbed the man in the stomach.
The victim«s acquaintances called an ambulance, and he was taken to the hospital with an abdominal wound and head injuries.
The janitor fully admitted his guilt and repents for what he did. The verdict was delivered back in November. His knife and phone were confiscated.
Previously, the janitor was convicted under paragraph «a» of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons), and he served an 18-year sentence.
Recall that on January 22, a 13-year-old teenager came to Nizhnekamsk Lyceum No. 37 with a knife and wounded a cleaner. He was detained by Rosgvardia (the National Guard of Russia). The woman was taken to the hospital and received stitches. A criminal case has been initiated for attempted murder and negligence. The schoolboy may be sent to a special school since he has not reached the age of criminal responsibility.
