The danger of UAV attacks in Voronezh Region was announced on Saturday, January 31, at 16:03 — this was reported by Governor Alexander Gusev on his official channel.

— I ask you to remain calm. Air defense forces are on alert. Follow further notifications from the regional government or from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), — the head of the region addressed residents.

Residents of Voronezh are asked, if possible, to stay indoors and keep away from windows. If a drone is spotted, one should immediately leave its line of sight and call 112. As previously reported by Voronezh1.ru, on January 30, a missile danger was declared in Voronezh Region and sirens were activated. Prior to that, the danger of drone attacks in the region was introduced on the evening of January 28; in the morning, Governor Alexander Gusev reported the destruction of a drone over one of the districts. During an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Voronezh Region on the night of January 28, petroleum products caught fire. Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Defense on January 31, since the beginning of the special operation, a total of over 111,680 Ukrainian drones have been destroyed over Russia.

Update. Sirens sounded at 18:06 in Liskinsky District, at 18:28 — in Ostrogozhsky. There, a threat of direct UAV strike was declared.

Update 2. The threat of UAV strike in Ostrogozhsky and Liskinsky districts was canceled at 19:08. However, the danger mode for attacks remains in effect across the entire region.
