In the Kolivan District, a driver fatally struck a woman and fled the scene of the accident, according to the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Novosibirsk Region.

According to preliminary data, the accident occurred at 13:20 in the town of Kolivan at 49 Moskovskaya Street. The driver struck a 75-year-old woman who was crossing the road, then fled the scene.

The 75-year-old woman died in the crash. She passed away before paramedics arrived.
