In Voronezh Oblast, two cars collided — one of the drivers was injured. This was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).

The accident occurred on Tuesday, February 3, around 8:00 PM on the fifth kilometer of the road between “the 1st and 2nd sections of the Maslovsky state farm” in the Novoousmansky District. According to preliminary information, a 44-year-old driver of a VAZ-2106 (commonly called a “six”) collided with a Volkswagen Polo driven by a 46-year-old resident of Voronezh due to poor visibility.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the VAZ-2106 was injured. He was taken to a medical facility with injuries.

In total, 206 road accidents occurred in the region over the past 24 hours. Of these, 145 were in Voronezh, 41 in the districts of the region, and 20 on federal highways. Four people were injured in four accidents.
