Residents of several streets in Dzerzhinsk were left without hot water and heating due to a utility accident. Cold water pressure was also reduced in some buildings. The local administration commented on when the issue would be fixed.

The accident occurred this morning near house No. 18 on Tsiolkovsky Avenue. The Dzerzhinsk water utility had to shut off a large-diameter pipeline, which led to a drop in water pressure. Additionally, some residents temporarily lost heating and hot water supply.

According to the local management company «Uprandom», the accident affected about several dozen houses on Griboyedov, Gaidar, Tereshkova, Mira, Lenin, Pobedy, and other streets.

Authorities have told residents that the rupture is expected to be fixed by 8 p.m.
