In Nizhnekamsk, a criminal case was initiated after a school student attacked Lyceum No. 37. This was reported by the prosecutor«s office and the Investigative Committee.

A criminal case has been initiated for attempted murder (under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and negligence (Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
From the attacker, a knife, a mask, and tactical gloves were seized, as noted by Rosgvardiya (the National Guard of Russia).
According to the prosecutor«s office, before the attack, the student had a conflict with a technical worker. He wounded her with a knife, then fired a signal device and also sustained bodily injuries.
The woman was assisted by medics. The 7th-grader himself was taken to the hospital.
UPDATE at 17:09 MSK: Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on the investigation progress. Investigators examined the scene and are clarifying the student«s motives. The Investigative Committee published video from the scene.
