Crash between two crossovers causes massive traffic jam in central Yekaterinburg

On the morning of January 27, two crossovers collided at the intersection of Malysheva and Khokhryakova streets. Due to the crash, a serious traffic jam formed on Malysheva Street.

‘A severe crash on Malysheva – Khokhryakova – two crossovers with smashed front ends. The traffic jam is huge,’ reported an E1.RU reader.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred around 09:00, but the traffic jam on Malysheva, Khokhryakova, and Sakko and Vantsetti streets has not cleared yet. According to Yandex.Maps, another crash happened nearby, on the opposite side of Malysheva Street.
No injuries have been reported. The Yekaterinburg traffic police told E1.RU that as of publication time, no information about the crash had been received by the State Traffic Inspectorate. As soon as details emerge, we will publish them.
