The Krasnoperekopsky District Court of Yaroslavl has sent a 33-year-old local resident under arrest for a brawl at an Epiphany ice-hole. The man was causing a disturbance in Petropavlovsky Park during the holiday events.

The moment of the hooligan«s detention was captured on video.

As established by the court, he harassed citizens with insults, used obscene language, and ignored warnings, thereby disturbing public order and showing disrespect to society.

According to information from the scene, the disorderly man tried to approach the ice-hole, bypassing the queue. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) blocked his path, after which he ran aside, began washing himself with snow, and accompanied his actions with shouts and swearing.

“I«ll get dressed now. Don»t touch me. We«re bathing, we»re bathing. What harm have I done to you?” the man shouted.

The preventive measure was assigned under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, «Petty Hooliganism». The court«s ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
