Couple in Krasnoyarsk Terrorizes Neighbors with Threats and Drunken Brawls – Video
A married couple is «terrorizing» neighbors in the Rodniki residential complex. This was reported to NGS24.RU by the Interregional Center for Children«s Rights.
Their neighbors, residents of building No. 40 on Norilskaya Street, complained to the center. They said that the couple regularly engages in drunken disputes and fights. And they even threatened to burn one neighbor«s apartment.
«I»m inadequate! Call the cops right now, I«ll burn your apartment,» says the woman in the video.

Neighbors have repeatedly seen this Krasnoyarsk woman in a very intoxicated state and even sleeping on the street or in the entrance. Her cohabitant is suspected by neighbors of using narcotic substances.
In addition, neighbors told the center that the couple has a child—a seven-year-old girl—but she does not live with her parents, but with her grandmother. The mother receives child benefits for her, but she spends them on alcohol.
Residents of the house at Norilskaya, 40 clarify that this couple has been causing trouble for a long time—the video shows a different season. However, according to neighbors, the police do not respond to their actions, and Krasnoyarsk residents are afraid to let their children outside.
The Interregional Center for Children«s Rights itself is now initiating the opening of a criminal case on the fact of hooliganism.
In the city police, a correspondent for NGS24.RU was told that the day before, January 26, residents of the house at Norilskaya, 40 reported to the duty officer that an unknown person was trying to break down the door to one of the apartments.
Police arrived at the scene, where they detained a 27-year-old guy, previously convicted, and took him to the police department. It turned out that he had previously been held administratively liable, and now he has been charged with disobeying a lawful order from a police officer and petty hooliganism.
Police are also conducting a check regarding the man«s cohabitant—the one who threatened to burn a neighbor»s apartment. Law enforcement officials have to check her fulfillment of parental duties.
Earlier, NGS24.RU reported on a situation that occurred literally in the neighboring building—at Norilskaya, 38. Neighbors helped rescue two minors from the apartment of troubled parents.
