The children were staying at the Belomorskaya Hotel and dined together at the Olivier restaurant, which is located nearby. Also, 29.RU learned from its own source that after this incident, food samples were taken from Olivier for analysis.
Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee of Arkhangelsk Region has opened a criminal case regarding the poisoning of minors.
«Currently, investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the committed crime. Together with employees of Rospotrebnadzor (the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing), the scene of the incident has been inspected. Necessary samples have been seized, documents requested, and examinations appointed,» the department reported.
Recall that seven minors contracted the intestinal infection. All of them came to hockey competitions from Sverdlovsk Region. Earlier, the Arkhangelsk Regional Children«s Hospital reported on how serious the poisoning was and whether there is cause for concern about the children»s health.
