On Tuesday morning, February 3, a utility accident occurred in Chelyabinsk, leading to the closure of a section of Novorossiyskaya Street. This was reported by the city«s State Traffic Inspectorate.

According to the traffic police, the cause was damage to the water main near house No. 84, from where water gushed onto the roadway. Traffic was restricted on the section from the intersection with Liza Chaikina Street, near the DK ChTPZ, to Mashinostroiteley Street. Heavy traffic jams formed in the area, and traffic police officers are on duty to regulate traffic.
«After the work is completed, traffic will be fully restored,» assured the department.
