Car crashes into Gazelle near Shatsk, driver injured
A severe accident involving a passenger car and a Gazelle truck occurred in the Shatsk district on the morning of January 26. One person was injured and an investigation is underway.

A severe accident occurred on the morning of January 26 on the 10th kilometer of the Konobeyevo — Zavidnoye — Kermis highway in the Shatsk district. According to the Ryazan Region State Traffic Inspectorate, the accident happened at around 06:30.
The driver of the Gazelle truck was not reported to have been injured in the crash.

Preliminary reports indicate that a 52-year-old resident of Shatsk driving a Citroën collided with a Gazelle. The truck was driven by a 48-year-old resident of Ryazan. Judging by the photo, the passenger car may have crossed into the oncoming lane.
The driver of the Citroën was injured in the accident. He sought medical attention.
An investigation was launched after the accident. Authorities are now determining all the circumstances of the crash.
