Bus-Garbage Truck Collision Blocks Yegorshinsky Approach
On Yegorshinsky Approach, a garbage truck collided with a passenger bus. Due to the accident, vehicles traveling on this route were stuck in a giant traffic jam.
«The bus ended up blocking almost all lanes across the road. Turn around,» shared one of the motorists.
The accident occurred after the crossing towards the ZhBI area. Witnesses do not understand how the collision happened. Some suggest that the bus was making a U-turn. Others — that the drivers skidded.
«We were stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes, we were late for work. I just hope no one was seriously injured, but it seemed like there was no one near the bus,» an eyewitness told E1.RU.
The Yekaterinburg State Traffic Inspectorate reported that no one was injured in the accident.
