The body of a young man was found on Sukhodolskaya Street in Tyumen, under the windows of a multi-story building.
Witnesses who saw him in an unnatural posture immediately contacted law enforcement agencies.
«The body was lying near building 5 of house 12 on Sukhodolskaya Street. Shortly before that, he was seen on a common balcony on the 14th floor,» local residents reported.
The city police confirmed receiving the signal.
«The report came in yesterday at 09:40. Upon the arrival of the investigative-operational group, the corpse of a 23-year-old young man was found. The causes and circumstances of his death are being investigated by investigators,» the department stated.
The preliminary version points to a non-criminal nature of the death.
