Basements flooded in Voskhod district after pipe burst
On February 1, storage rooms on the basement level of a building in the Dekabristov residential complex were flooded. The information appeared on the Telegram channel «AST-54 Black.»
As stated in the post, video was shot from Sacco and Vanzetti Street and from inside the basement premises.
In response to a request from NGS, the developer company Brusnika stated that the cause of the flooding was a rupture in the circulation riser of the T4 hot water supply system, which passes through a non-residential area. Emergency service workers shut off the riser.
After gaining access to the site of the rupture, the management company will carry out restoration work to prevent the situation from recurring.
On January 29, flooding occurred on a lower floor and part of an underground parking lot in one of the buildings of the Rastvetay residential complex.
