Avtodor faced a substantial fine after safety breaches were uncovered following a worker«s death.

A road worker died at Avtodor during a shift in the Tashtagol district, after which the labor inspection rushed to the enterprise. As reported by the agency on Tuesday, January 27, the organization allowed people to work even without training.
The controlling body writes that the employee«s death occurred on January 16, but who the deceased was and under what circumstances the tragedy happened is not reported.
Also, the instructions that the road workers received did not correspond to the tasks they performed. Moreover, the labor safety rules for loaders were violated.
To prevent repeated accidents, a decision was made to conduct an unscheduled inspection.
Now, those who did not pass safety training have been suspended from service. Violations must be eliminated by February 5. Also, Avtodor must pay a fine of 230 thousand rubles (approximately $2,600 at current rates).
