In the Adler district of Sochi, a landslide has been recorded near an apartment building. Earth with large trees has slid from the slope of a neighboring plot and continues to move towards the residential building at Petrozavodskaya Street, 26/5.

According to local residents, due to prolonged precipitation, the process of soil displacement has accelerated. Water with mudflows is heading towards the apartment building. According to the Telegram channel «ChP Sochi» (18+), despite repeated appeals by citizens to various authorities, timely measures were not taken. This has led to the soil sliding directly into the courtyard of the apartment building and continuing to move, which could lead to it entering the apartments.
At the moment, no official information has been received from emergency services about the start of work on site.
