Angarsk teen missing, left home without phone

Fifteen-year-old Olya Voloshina has gone missing in Angarsk, a city in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia. According to the city police department«s (UMVD) Telegram channel, the girl left her home in the 85th quarter at 9:00 PM on February 3 and has not returned. She did not have a cellphone with her.

Olya appears to be 15–16 years old, 167 centimeters (5 ft 6 in) tall. She has a European facial type, a slender build, light brown hair, and blue eyes. She wears a nose stud piercing.
She was wearing a short black mid-season jacket, light blue jeans, black boots, and a white hat. She had a sports bag with her.
