Accident Paralyzes Tram Traffic in Yekaterinburg, Casualties Reported

On 30 January, Vtuzgorodok (a district in Yekaterinburg) was left without trams due to an accident at the intersection of Malysheva and Kominterna streets. All tram routes numbers 8, 12, 13, 15, and 23 have switched to altered traffic patterns.

According to a photo shared by a reader of E1.RU, two cars collided right on the tracks. Traffic on Malysheva Street is hampered.
The transport department reports that there are casualties in the accident. We have reached out to the traffic police for comment and will update the news as soon as we receive a response.
Updated: Traffic was restored after half an hour.
Read several useful instructions from E1.RU: in them, we tell how to help an accident victim and not cause more harm, a doctor gave advice on how to resuscitate a person, and explained when it is necessary. Another important material — about how to extract a passenger or driver from a wrecked car.
Also, we have compiled a useful test: check if you can correctly provide assistance to people who were injured in an accident.
