On the night of October 27, a magnitude 3.7 earthquake occurred in Altai, according to the Emergency Ministry of the Altai Republic.
The seismic event happened at 23:55. The epicenter of the underground tremors was identified 17 kilometers from the village of Ongudai.
23 settlements in the Ongudaysky and Shebalinsky districts fell within its 50-kilometer zone. The local population felt the tremors, but there are no casualties or destruction.
Earlier, NGS22.RU reported on the first earthquake this year. Its magnitude reached 3.4, but residents did not feel the tremors.
