19-year-old dies in Tyumen fall from ninth floor

On the evening of February 2, a tragedy occurred in the courtyard of a residential building on Golyasheva Street in Tyumen. Eyewitnesses reported that a 19-year-old girl fell from a height and was killed, and arriving medics confirmed her death.

The press service of the city«s Ministry of Internal Affairs (UMVD) commented:

We received the report at 9:13 p.m. At the scene upon arrival, we found the body of a Tyumen woman born in 2007. According to the preliminary version, death occurred as a result of a fall from the ninth floor.

The department clarified that investigators are working to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.

This is not the first case of young people dying in the city recently. At the end of January, a body was found on the canopy of a multi-story building on Malygina Street. Additionally, on Sukhodolskaya Street, under the windows of a residential building, the body of a 23-year-old Tyumen man was found, who had previously been seen on the common balcony of the 14th floor.
