17-Year-Old Killed in Mercedes Crash in Bashkortostan

In the Duvan district of Bashkortostan, a 17-year-old teenager died in a road accident. He was a passenger in a VAZ-2107 that crashed into a Mercedes-Benz on the Ufa—Birsk—Tastuba—Satka highway.
According to Bashkortostan traffic police, the collision occurred at the 212th kilometer of the highway. The driver of the VAZ-2107 was a 21-year-old man.
«He lost control of the steering, veered into the oncoming lane, and collided,» the traffic inspectors said.
A police investigative team arrived at the scene. Officers are determining all circumstances of the incident.
