Russians can book doctor appointments through MAX using simplified procedure
For the first booking, users must fill in their data and authorize on Gosuslugi.

The new service enables MAX messenger users to schedule medical appointments online after initial registration on government services.

MAX users will be able to book doctor appointments online directly through the messenger. As reported by the press service, consent for personal data processing will be required: users will need to provide their date of birth, SNILS (Russian pension insurance number), and authorize on Gosuslugi. All this needs to be done only once, during the first booking — and after that, the service can be used with the simplified procedure.
Deputy Health Minister Vadim Vankov said that together with the messenger«s team, other medical services are being developed in MAX: not only booking doctor appointments, but also conducting telemedicine consultations, signing consents for medical intervention, etc.
