Medical Staff Inflow Outpaces Outflow in Zabaykalsky Krai

The inflow of medical staff into the healthcare sector of Zabaykalsky Krai exceeds the outflow. This was reported on January 23 at a roundtable on the results of 2025 in the sector, organized by Chita.Ru, by the region«s Health Minister Oksana Nemakina.
«Year after year, the task is to staff medical organizations across the region with personnel that are lacking. And we always, every year, successfully implement the »Zemsky Doctor« (rural doctor incentive) and »Zemsky Feldsher« (rural paramedic incentive) programs. ... Over the past three years, we have seen only positive dynamics in the influx of specialists into the industry. Young specialists are joining our ranks. Now our inflow is greater than the outflow,» the minister said.
Thus, in 2025, the «Zemsky Doctor» and «Zemsky Feldsher» programs were 100% fulfilled — 60 doctors and 22 mid-level medical staff were employed across the krai. Over the year, 396 young specialists were employed. In total, 233 doctors and 357 mid-level medical staff members found work in the region in 2025.
