Zabaikalsky Mining College to Undergo Major Renovation This Year

A government procurement for the development of design and working documentation for the major renovation of the academic building of the Zabaikalsky Mining College named after M.I. Agoshkov at 41 Barguzinskaya Street in Chita has been published on the website zakupki.gov.ru.
The initial (maximum) contract price is 123.2 million rubles (approximately $1.37 million at current rates). The contractor will need to conduct a building survey, perform measurements, and if necessary, engineering surveys.
Based on the obtained data, design documentation will be prepared with an estimate of the work costs and subsequent state examination.
The project will cover architectural and construction solutions, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, water supply and sewage, electrical supply, as well as fire alarm systems, notification and evacuation systems, video surveillance, IP telephony, and structured cabling networks.
Also provided is the development of measures for fire safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. Separately, a visual album with interior solutions for the building will be prepared.
The development of the design and working documentation must be completed by May 1. The start date for the work itself is May 15, and the completion date is August 15.
