Youth Council of Uralchem PMU Branch Summarizes 2025 Work

At the PMU branch of JSC Uralchem in Perm, the results of the enterprise«s youth organization»s activities for the past year were summarized.

In 2025, activists from the Youth Council organized and participated in over 40 events. These were aimed at 255 employees of the enterprise under the age of 35, as well as students from specialized universities and colleges. Cultural, sports, volunteer, and career guidance activities brought together more than 500 people.

Volunteering is an important part of the youth policy at the PMU branch. Within this area, activists assisted an animal shelter and a geriatric center, cleaned up Chernyaevsky Forest from litter, and planted trees there. Young employees organized the collection and donation of stationery for Knowledge Day and New Year«s gifts to the Regional Social Support Fund for children from families in difficult life situations.

Another key area of work is career guidance and sports events at affiliated educational institutions: Perm School No. 132, the Regional Industrial College, and the Perm Chemical Technology College.

«We strive to implement projects that not only unite the team but also bring real benefit to society. They provide young people with broad opportunities for self-realization and development. In 2026, this work will continue: we plan to increase the number of events in each area of the enterprise»s youth policy,« said Galina Krapivina, leading specialist of the social development department and leader of the Youth Council at the PMU branch of JSC Uralchem.

Approximately 250 employees under the age of 35 participate in the youth movement at the PMU branch of JSC Uralchem. The most active ones are part of the Youth Council, whose activities are aimed at adapting new employees, training and development, and opening new opportunities for self-realization.
