Yevgeny Pervyshov Congratulates Elena Fyodorova on Title

President Vladimir Putin signed Decree No. 495 «On Awarding State Prizes of the Russian Federation». The document awards the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation to Elena Fyodorova, actress of the Tambov Regional State Autonomous Cultural Institution «Tambov Theatre» (Tambov Drama Theatre), for her services to culture and art and many years of fruitful work.

Yevgeny Pervyshov sent a congratulatory telegram to the actress. «I am confident that your high professional skill, rich creative experience, and sense of beauty will continue to serve the development of the culture sector of the Tambov Region,» the head of the region noted.

Elena Fyodorova has been serving at the Tambov Regional Drama Theatre for 38 years. During this time, she has performed over fifty roles. The actress participated in tours in Moscow, Lipetsk, Stavropol, Yalta, and Rostov-on-Don, and performed at international festivals in Perm, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, and Lipetsk. Her repertoire includes plays based on Russian and foreign classics, such as Chekhov«s «Uncle Vanya» and «The Seagull», Tsagareli»s «Khanuma», Gorky«s «The Last Ones», Ostrovsky»s «Wolves and Sheep», Durrenmatt«s «The Visit of the Old Lady», as well as works in modern plays.

Since 2002, Elena Fyodorova has been a member of the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation. She performs theatrical and musical-poetic programs in educational and cultural institutions. The actress serves on the jury of competitions for young readers and children«s theater groups, conducts master classes, and is a patron of a boarding school for hearing-impaired children in Tambov.

Fyodorova collaborates with creative groups of the region, including the Tambov Chamber Choir named after Rachmaninoff. She has been awarded a state scholarship from the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation for outstanding figures of culture and art. In 2022, the actress created the musical-poetic composition «The Saddest Joy», which she performs for students and high school students.
