Yessentuki Center Closed for 12 Hours, Parking Banned

In Yessentuki, Russia, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on February 5, drivers will have to change their usual routes. The city will temporarily close traffic and ban parking on several key sections.
According to a decree by the mayor (No. 89 of February 4, 2026), the restrictions will affect:
Internatsionalnaya Street — from Privokzalnaya Square to the Yessentuki administration building;
the parking zone of the Druzhba (Friendship) cinema;
the parking lot near the Main Directorate of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian and Southern Federal Districts.
The restrictions will be in effect throughout the day — from early morning until evening. Drivers are asked to take the closures into account when planning trips and to choose alternative routes in advance to avoid traffic jams.
