According to the FGBU «North-Western Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring», on Thursday, 29 January, variable cloudiness with clearings is expected, with light snow in some areas. The wind will be weak, from the northeast or north. The air temperature at 6:00 a.m. will be -12.8°C (9°F), during the day -9°C–-11°C (16°F–12°F). Atmospheric pressure will rise, and icy conditions are possible on roads.
