Waste from Chernigovsky District to be Transported to Spassky District; Contractor Selected

Primorsky Environmental Operator (PEO) held a tender for the removal of solid household waste from Chernigovsky District. The total contract amount is 47.9 million rubles (approximately $638,700 at current rates), with the nearest landfill in Spassky District.

According to the plan, about 292,000 kilometers will need to be traveled over the entire contract period. Waste from both districts will need to be collected, transported to the landfill, and particularly hazardous waste disposed of. The landfill is located in Spassky District, in the village of Dubovskoye. A contractor has been selected, but it has not yet been announced who it is.

In the responsible zone, there are a total of 808 addresses in the villages:

  • Dmitriyevka;
  • Iskra;
  • Mayskoye;
  • Merkushevka;
  • Siny Gai;
  • Snegyurovka;
  • Altynovka;
  • Gribnoye.

In total, for 2026, more than 6 tenders were held, some of them found their contractor, some went for another round.

In Nakhodka district, Bolshoy Kamen, and Fokino, contractors were determined. In Nakhodka district, the contract amount was 76.5 million rubles (approximately $1,020,000 at current rates), and in Bolshoy Kamen and Fokino — 146.1 million rubles each (approximately $1,948,000 at current rates). In Khasansky district, a contract for waste removal was concluded with a supplier for 20.8 million rubles (approximately $277,300 at current rates). In Chuguyevsky district, a sum of 49.5 million rubles (approximately $660,000 at current rates) was offered for similar services, and this price became decisive. In several remote areas of Nakhodka district, a contractor was also determined for 50 million rubles (approximately $666,700 at current rates).

According to the contract terms, in Nakhodka district, about 420,000 kilometers will need to be traveled, and in Fokino — slightly more than 850,000 kilometers. In Fokino, Dunay, and Domashlino, collection, transportation, and disposal of particularly hazardous waste will be carried out.

In Nakhodka urban district (NGO), there are over 2,000 addresses to be serviced, in Fokino and Bolshoy Kamen — over 2,200 addresses. For NGO, the procurement cost was 50.3 million rubles (approximately $670,700 at current rates), for Bolshoy Kamen and Fokino — 146.1 million rubles each (approximately $1,948,000 at current rates).

Two applications failed inspection due to non-compliance with requirements. They were submitted for auctions in Shkotovsky district and part of Nakhodka district. The cost of the first application was only 3.5 million rubles (approximately $46,700 at current rates), the second — 49.6 million rubles (approximately $661,300 at current rates).

In Vladivostok, procurements were also conducted for waste removal. Three districts were covered. In Sovetsky district, no one wanted to participate in the auction with a contract cost of 39.3 million rubles (approximately $524,000 at current rates). For Pozharsky and Partizansky districts, where contract amounts were 50.6 and 52.9 million rubles (approximately $674,700 and $705,300 at current rates) respectively, no applications were submitted either. These procurements will be repeated.

Moreover, in Vladivostok, an auction was held for waste removal in Pervorechensky district. The contractor will need to service over 4,800 addresses, primarily in the suburbs. Most addresses require daily service, some — according to a specific schedule. Another procurement covers two districts and 1,300 addresses in Leninsky and Pervorechensky districts, but details on this procurement have not been disclosed yet.
