Voronezh Children's Art School Renovation Cost 72.7 Million

Children«s Art School No. 6 at 8 Alexei Gerashchenko Street is scheduled for a major renovation. The city administration has begun searching for a contractor to carry out the work. The relevant documentation has been published on the state procurement portal.
The maximum cost of the work is 72.7 million rubles (approximately $765,000 at current rates), which may be reduced during the bidding process. The winner will have to replace floors, windows, and doors, upgrade plumbing, install air conditioners, build ramps and sidewalks, and repair the roof. Additionally, the electrical network, fire safety system, water supply, and heating systems must be updated. After completing each stage, the contractor must remove the debris independently.
The work must be carried out from April of this year until October 22, 2027. The contractor will be selected on February 12. Priority will be given to bidders who agree to use domestic goods.
