Volgograd water outage affects thousands; residents urged to stock up
Thousands of residents in the Krasnooktyabrsky District of Volgograd will be without hot and cold water tonight. «Concessions» assure that it will return to apartments tomorrow morning, but experienced and seasoned residents know: it«s better to stock up, and plenty of it.
