The aviation and sports club «Young Hawk» has placed a purchase order with a sole supplier for the creation of a concept and design documentation for a museum exhibition in ten electric train cars. The contract is worth 9,950,900 rubles (approximately $110,600 at current rates).

The ED9M electric train, previously owned by the Volgograd region, was transferred to the club in 2025. Its transportation from the motor car depot first to the Volzhsky station and then to the club«s territory required three million rubles (approximately $33,300 at current rates). The »Young Hawk« stated that the cars would serve as a teaching aid for the military-patriotic training of youth.

Later, the unloading of the cars was noticed in the area of the Zaplavnoye station, and some observers mistakenly took this event for repair work on the tracks.

The museum concept must be prepared by December 31, 2026. The contractor chosen is the museum scenography bureau «Metaforma» from St. Petersburg. This company previously developed concepts for the art museum in Stary Oskol, the historical exhibition of the Polytechnic Museum, the local history museum in Alekseyevka, Belgorod Region, and the Kursk Regional Museum.

The general director of LLC «Bureau of Museum Scenography Metaforma» is Alexander Tkachenko, who owns 22% of the authorized capital. He also manages and participates in LLC «Metaforma», which is engaged in the trade of office furniture.

At the end of 2024, the bureau«s revenue reached 196.3 million rubles (approximately $2.18 million at current rates), and net profit was 39.1 million rubles (approximately $434,000). The company participated in 52 state procurements, winning 43 of them for a total of 460.8 million rubles (approximately $5.12 million).
