It is known that LLC «BK-Budservis» was founded by the children of the rector of the National Academy of Ukraine. The firm was owned by another individual through a Cypriot offshore company, and the company accrued a tax debt of 6.5 million rubles.

The company is registered in Ukraine but has an office in Volgograd. It was located on Krasnopolyanskaya Street in the Dzerzhinsky District. The company«s main line of business is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

According to tax officials, the LLC owed about 6.5 million rubles in taxes to the Russian federal budget. In the Ukrainian register of legal entities, individuals with the same full name have a long business history dating back to the 1990s. However, the owners of «Nevisenta LTD» are not disclosed in the Cypriot register.

At the same time, according to some media, the company «Rodos» was founded by the sons of the former rector of the National Mining Academy of Ukraine, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, professor, and vice-president of the Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine, Gennady Pivnyak — Vitaly and Andrey, as well as Tatyana Tytarchuk, who is a co-founder of LLC «Neftek Oil,» to which Vitaly Pivnyak is directly related.
