According to tenants, calls to managing companies are futile, and there are fears that water will flood electrical panels, leaving homes not only without heating but also without power.

In the Krasnoarmeysky district, residents of 2 Stoletova are raising the alarm. According to them, boiling water has been pouring since 1:30 AM: they fear that water will damage electrical panels, and residents will be left without both heating and power. Footage sent by readers shows them trying to save themselves from water flooding apartments: basins and other containers are set up everywhere, but they are not coping well, as the floor is also flooded.
