New video footage shows a trail of blood leading from the front door of the Arizona home where Nancy Guthrie, mother of TODAY show host Savannah Guthrie, lives. Nancy Guthrie went missing on Sunday, and police say she was kidnapped from her bed deep in the night.

Law enforcement officials say blood was also found inside the home, which shows signs of forced entry. DNA samples collected at the home in the Tucson area have confirmed that the blood belongs to Nancy Guthrie.
