Ural Residents Share Stories of Childhood Celebrity Crushes
Childhood and teenage crushes on celebrities are a common phenomenon, and residents of the Urals actively shared their stories.
According to the survey results, among foreign idols, actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp, George Clooney, Tom Hardy, Orlando Bloom, and Keanu Reeves were mentioned most often.
Russian artists were also popular: many named singers Yuri Shatunov, Roma Zver, Dima Bilan, and Sergey Lazarev. Among the objects of adoration were actors Sergey Bezrukov, Dmitry Dyuzhev (the performer of the role of Kosmos in the series «Brigada»), musicians Leonid Agutin and Viktor Tsoi.
Readers provided vivid examples of their feelings:

- [I was in love] with Boyarsky. I watched «The Three Musketeers» a hundred times, wrote kilometers of letters to him, but my mother never sent a single one. I was 28 when she gave them to me.

- The Yekaterinburg deputy, Vikherev. That was the love of my childhood!
Alexei Vikherev, a Yekaterinburg deputy mentioned by one of the survey participants, has previously been included in various rankings of attractive political figures.
Men who participated in the survey were less talkative. Among about 200 comments, only a few contained names: singer MakSim, actress Pamela Anderson, and porn star Sasha Grey.
