Up to 35,000 Rubles a Month: Developer Pays Rent for Chita Homebuyers
The eco-developer is running a promotion to cover rental costs for future homeowners in two of its complexes.
The Priroda eco-developer has launched a rent compensation program for buyers of apartments during the construction phase. Under the “We Pay for You” promotion*, future homeowners are compensated up to 35,000 rubles per month (approx. $350 at current rates) for rent — for up to one year. The total benefit can be up to 420,000 rubles (approx. $4,200).
The promotion is active in two residential complexes — “Solnechny Gorod” (Sunny City) and “Dom na ZabVO” (House on ZabVO). Both projects are designed for different life scenarios but are united by attention to detail, ecology, and comfort.
