The contractor who wins the order will have to dismantle old sidewalks in the square, then carry out earthworks, install lighting, new paths, plant greenery, and set up sculptures, as well as structures for children«s and sports playgrounds.

The project documentation includes visualizations of human sculptures that they want to install in the park. The authors explain the concept as follows: «it is the embodiment of life as an endless flow, memory of those who have passed away, and inspiration for those who live. It becomes a place for the meeting of past and future generations, spiritual harmony, and eternal remembrance. These statues serve as points for meditative states. Visitors can approach them closely to stop, reflect, and feel a connection with the surrounding world.»

It is assumed that the main works will begin in May 2026, and by the end of October everything should be ready, with any remarks — if they arise — corrected.
