Ufa passengers use video terminals 25% more often

The number of passenger interactions with digital information terminals at Ufa railway station (Kuibyshev Railway) has increased significantly. From January to December 2025, the six installed video terminals were used 10,222 times, a 25.6% increase over the same period in 2024. Passengers and visitors can use the interactive terminals to:

Get information about train schedules and ticket availability;

  • Learn the rules for travel documents and fares;

  • Plan a route with transfers;

  • Find details about carrying luggage and animals, as well as available benefits;

  • Get information about station complex services and its accessibility for people with limited mobility.

    Live video communication with a call center is available online. The center«s specialists work around the clock and provide consultations in Russian, English, and Chinese. For people with hearing impairments, online consultation with a sign language interpreter is available. The 24/7 information video terminals are currently installed at all major stations of the Kuibyshev Railway.
