For the implementation of the Udokan copper deposit development project, the following were awarded the badge of honor of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic «For Merits in the Development of the Far East»: CEO Alexei Yashchuk, Deputy CEO for Operations Igor Volkov, Chief Operating Officer — Director of Production Ruslan Yezhurov, and Director of Technical Development and Control Valery Cherkasov.
Nearly 900 employees received awards, with 179 honored for length of service.

On the professional holiday, CEO of Udokan Copper Alexei Yashchuk was awarded the badge of the Legislative Assembly of Trans-Baikal Territory «For Contribution to the Development of Trans-Baikal Territory». A letter of thanks from the Legislative Assembly of Trans-Baikal Territory for many years of diligent service and high professionalism was presented to Director of HR Administration and General Affairs Anna Bychkovskaya, Head of HR Yulia Makarova, Head of the Chief Power Engineer«s Workshop Alexander Kashaev, and Chief Road Safety Specialist of the OHS, PB and PT Department Alexei Novikov.
A certificate of honor from the Governor of Trans-Baikal Territory for high professionalism and personal contribution to achieving production targets was awarded to Deputy Chief Power Engineer Alexander Sevostyanov.
The Governor«s Thank You Letter of the Third Degree for high professionalism and personal contribution to achieving production targets was announced to Deputy Director for Project Control Roman Vayrakh, Head of Internal Communications and HR Branding Anastasia Druzhinina, Head of Engineering Department Yevgeny Svistunenko, Head of Comprehensive Fire Protection Systems Section Alisher Sattarov, Lead Geological Engineer Yegor Fink, and Driver Sergey Kapizov.
For significant contribution to the development of the Udokan mining and metallurgical plant, certificates of honor from the Minister of Economic Development of Trans-Baikal Territory were awarded to Deputy Technical Director — Director of Production Asset Management Vitaly Buryak, Head of the ACS Programming Office Alexander Sheptukhov, Deputy Head of the Production and Technical Department Sergey Gofman, Deputy Chief Geologist Ruslan Gaynetdinov, Lead Engineer Alexander Kudryashov, Head of Production Communications and Data Transmission Systems Yevgeny Rabshtynsky, and Crusher Operator Vladimir Atmakin.
A letter of thanks from the Minister of Economic Development of Trans-Baikal Territory for high professionalism and exemplary performance of duties was presented to Head of Grinding and Beneficiation Section Bulat Doshchanov, Head of Construction Laboratory Andrey Kolpashchikov, Head of Municipal Relations and Consolidated Reporting Mikhail Vedernikov, Head of Production Development Yevgeny Bystrov, Head of ERP Development Mikhail Kotlubayev, Deputy Head of Production and Technical Department Dmitry Semyonov, Lead Survey Engineer Yuri Panfilov, Lead Mine Surveyor Yevgeny Chenchik, Lead Preventive Maintenance Specialist Tatyana Yevseyenko, Master of Instrumentation and Control Section Dmitry Gusev, Drilling Rig Operator Vladimir Popov, General Machinist Grigory Kokorev, Hydrometallurgy Operator Sergey Molochnovsky, Excavator Operator Grade VIII Dmitry Borovikov, and Mechanic Vadim Yakhin.
Employees of the company received about 850 awards, including under the «Gold of Udokan» recognition program. The «Silver Badge» was awarded to 44 employees — this includes a cash prize, payment for tickets for themselves and one family member to any destination in Russia, a letter of thanks from the company to their family members, and a prize package with souvenirs.
