The sold properties are located on Nizhegorodskaya Street: houses No. 17 and No. 19/29. House No. 17 is a residential wing of merchant Asson Nemchinov with an area of 151 square meters, built in the mid-19th century. Building No. 19/29 with an area of almost 850 square meters was erected at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The starting price at auction for house No. 17 was 1.64 million rubles ($16,400 at current rates), for house No. 19/29 — 7.3 million rubles ($73,000 at current rates). The buyer raised the price to 12 million rubles ($120,000 at current rates) and 17 million rubles ($170,000 at current rates) respectively.
The company has undertaken obligations to restore the architectural monuments and must complete the work by 2030. After restoration, the developer will be able to use the buildings as it sees fit. The proceeds from the sale will go to the budget of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
«Stroy-Realty i K» is known in the region as a developer of residential complexes «Little Country», Green House, and «Dominant» in the Prioksky district.
Earlier it became known that due to its dilapidated condition, a building at 44 Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street will be put up for auction. All owners of this property agreed to voluntarily transfer the property to organize the sale.
