In Tula, the operation of a public catering point owned by individual entrepreneur A. Kh. Nasrulloev has been suspended. This concerns the establishment «Canteen No. 1» at 14 Lenin Avenue. This was reported by the Tula region office of Rospotrebnadzor (the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing).

The inspection began after an analysis of cash register data. It was found that the entrepreneur started providing catering services but did not notify the supervisory authority about the commencement of activities at this address, as required by law.

During the control measures, specialists found gross violations of sanitary requirements. According to the agency«s assessment, they could pose a threat to the life and health of visitors.

As a result of the inspection, a protocol on the temporary ban of activities was drawn up, and the materials were sent to court — it is the court that will decide on the further operation of the establishment.

In addition, an administrative case has been initiated against the entrepreneur for failing to submit the mandatory notification about the start of his activities.

Also recently, supervisory authorities closed the cafe «Gourmet» in Shchekino (Tula region).
