After the snowfall on 2 February, the Rostov region dealt with the consequences. People had a particularly hard time on uncleared roads — cars got stuck and traffic jams started. Here is what happened on 3 February.

Rostov residents once again complained about roads not cleared of snow, which caused traffic jams to grip the city. The traffic jam stretched for 40 kilometers.
