From February 1 to March 20, traffic will be partially restricted at the intersection of Chkalov and October Revolution streets in Nizhny Novgorod. This is due to tram track repair work, according to the city administration.
City officials have implemented detours and lane reductions to facilitate the repair project.

Due to the repair work, motorists will not be able to drive directly from October Revolution Street to Obukhova Street. The roadway in other directions will also be narrowed.
The restrictions take effect from 07:00 on February 1 and will be in force until 22:00 on March 20. Drivers are advised to plan their routes in this area in advance and comply with the requirements of the installed road signs.
Earlier, city authorities announced plans to arrange a new dedicated lane for public transport on Belinsky Street, intended for trams and buses.
