The deputies« meeting will take place on Friday, January 30, in the renovated duma hall — it is almost ready. Currently, the installation and adjustment of equipment is being completed.

The comprehensive renovation of the rest of the building continues and is entering its final stage.

The deterioration of the Golovanov House, a regionally significant monument located at 105 Lenin Avenue, was assessed at 70% in October 2022. Deputies received an order requiring the repair of the attic floor and roof of the building. Failure to comply threatened the duma with a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles (approximately $1,000 at current rates). In the spring of 2025, the contractor company «Golden Stroy» began comprehensive renovations. All work was supposed to be completed in December, but the handover of the object was delayed. All this time, duma meetings were held at other venues.
