Three St. Petersburg metro stations top traffic ranking
According to data released by the Committee for Transport on February 5, the St. Petersburg Metro identified its three busiest stations in 2025.

According to data released by the Committee for Transport on February 5, the three busiest stations were Ploshchad Vosstaniya, Devyatkino, and Moskovskaya.
Over the year, the metro carried 669.3 million passengers, 1.9% more than the previous period. The average daily passenger traffic per station in St. Petersburg was 26.2 million, higher than Moscow«s 22.6 million.
The safety level of transportation reached 97.53%, the highest in the last ten years.
It is noted that the new stations Yugo-Zapadnaya and Putilovskaya have not yet gained high popularity: daily passenger traffic at the former is 14,000 people, and at the latter about 2,000 at entry.
